By accessing or using Ravoo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including viewers, event organizers, and any other visitors. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To use Ravoo, you must: • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) • Be at least 18 years of age to purchase tickets or organize events • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Not have been previously banned from the Platform If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

When you create an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and update your information as needed • Keep your password secure and confidential • Not share your account with others • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Be responsible for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

When purchasing tickets through Ravoo: **Pricing and Payment** • All prices are displayed in the applicable currency • Payment is processed through secure third-party providers (M-Pesa, Paystack) • You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified **Refund Policy** • Refund eligibility depends on the organizer's policy • Cancelled events are eligible for full refunds • Technical issues may qualify for partial refunds at our discretion • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days **Access** • Tickets grant access to the specified event only • Access may be revoked for violation of these Terms • We are not responsible for issues caused by your internet connection

If you organize events on Ravoo, you agree to: **Event Requirements** • Provide accurate event information and descriptions • Deliver the event as advertised • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Obtain necessary rights for all content streamed **Revenue and Fees** • Platform fees are deducted from ticket sales • Payouts are processed according to our payout schedule • You are responsible for applicable taxes on your earnings • Fraudulent activity will result in account termination and forfeiture **Content Standards** • You retain ownership of your content • You grant Ravoo a license to display and distribute your content • You are solely responsible for your content • We may remove content that violates these Terms

All users must follow these content guidelines: **Prohibited Content** • Illegal content or promotion of illegal activities • Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination • Sexually explicit or pornographic material • Violence or graphic content • Spam, scams, or misleading information • Infringement of intellectual property rights • Personal information of others without consent **Enforcement** • We may remove content that violates these guidelines • Violations may result in account suspension or termination • We cooperate with law enforcement when required • Appeals can be submitted to support@ravoo.com

You agree NOT to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools • Interfere with the Platform's operation • Harass, threaten, or harm other users • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions • Record, redistribute, or resell event content • Engage in fraudulent transactions • Circumvent any security measures • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose

**Ravoo's Rights** • The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Ravoo • Our trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without permission • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials **Your Rights** • You retain ownership of content you create and upload • By posting content, you grant us a license to display and distribute it • You represent that you have rights to any content you upload **DMCA Policy** • We respect intellectual property rights • We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices • Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated • Counter-notices may be filed for wrongful takedowns

**Disclaimer of Warranties** THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. **Limitation of Liability** TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAVOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. **Indemnification** You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ravoo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

**By You** • You may close your account at any time through account settings • Some information may be retained as required by law **By Us** • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms • We may discontinue the Platform with reasonable notice • Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations **Effect of Termination** • Your right to use the Platform will cease immediately • Sections that should survive termination will remain in effect • Pending transactions will be handled according to our policies
